Duties include:Ā
- Handling of phone and walk-in enquiriesĀ
- Providing excellent customer service for all our guestsĀ
- Promoting our treatment services, promotions and periodic special dealsĀ
- Engage customers and drive sales to achieve targetsĀ
- Leading the team to ensure smooth outlet operations and sales goals are achieved
- Work closely with inhouse TCM physician to optimise customersā health goals (TCM specific)Ā
- Issuance of invoices and other BAU processes
- Coordinating with HQ office for operational and marketing mattersĀ
- Ensuring KPIs are met at branch level for all staffĀ
- Attendance of HQ monthly management meetings
- Conducting of branch morning meetingsĀ
Requirements:Ā
- At least 2 year customer facing experience in a similar role in fields such as TCM, Beauty and WellnessĀ
- Motivated and proactive to customersā needsĀ
- Ability to communicate well in both English and MandarinĀ
- Assume the role of a leader by providing guidance and advice where required
- Ensure knowledge of services and products are kept up to date

Duties include:Ā
- Managing and execution of the full spectrum of HR for the groupĀ
- Manage recruitment, compensation and benefits program
- Planning of training and development of staffĀ
- Management of Performance Review and setting of standards in line with business requirements
- Propose and application of relevant grants or subsidy where applicableĀ
- Advice management of changes to Employment Act as applicableĀ
- Ensure accurate documentation of all HR related mattersĀ Ā
- Other ad-hoc duties as discussed with managementĀ
Ā
Requirements:Ā
- Diploma or higher in Human Resource or related fieldsĀ
- Minimum of 3 years in similar role, experience in TCM, Beauty and Wellness industry would be an advantageĀ Ā
- Must be a people person with the ability to communicate organisational goals to all staffĀ
- Must be proactive and be able to work with little supervision
- Must be self assured to propose plans and ideas to managementĀ

Duties Include:
- Provide consultation and advisory to patients to achieve their desired health outcomes
- Prescribe tailored herbal medicine for patients
- Advise patientsā enquiries on recommended treatment and other TCM-related queries
- Provide TCM treatment services such as acupuncture, cupping and other TCM treatment services
- Ensure accurate documentation of patientsā records consisting of treatments and medication prescribed in TCM system
- Opportunity to give talks on public fora to share TCM knowledge
- Work closely with branch manager to manage customer relations and form long term partnership as our customersā TCM provider of choiceĀ
Job Requirements:
- Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner with TCMPB
- Degree or above in TCM or relevant disciplinesĀ Ā
- Experience of 2 years and above in a similar role
