Duties include: 

  • Handling of phone and walk-in enquiries 
  • Providing excellent customer service for all our guests 
  • Promoting our treatment services, promotions and periodic special deals 
  • Engage customers and drive sales to achieve targets 
  • Leading the team to ensure smooth outlet operations and sales goals are achieved
  • Work closely with inhouse TCM physician to optimise customers’ health goals (TCM specific) 
  • Issuance of invoices and other BAU processes
  • Coordinating with HQ office for operational and marketing matters 
  • Ensuring KPIs are met at branch level for all staff 
  • Attendance of HQ monthly management meetings
  • Conducting of branch morning meetings 



Requirements: 

  • At least 2 year customer facing experience in a similar role in fields such as TCM, Beauty and Wellness 
  • Motivated and proactive to customers’ needs 
  • Ability to communicate well in both English and Mandarin 
  • Assume the role of a leader by providing guidance and advice where required
  • Ensure knowledge of services and products are kept up to date

Duties include: 

  • Managing and execution of the full spectrum of HR for the group 
  • Manage recruitment, compensation and benefits program
  • Planning of training and development of staff 
  • Management of Performance Review and setting of standards in line with business requirements
  • Propose and application of relevant grants or subsidy where applicable 
  • Advice management of changes to Employment Act as applicable 
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all HR related matters  
  • Other ad-hoc duties as discussed with management 

 

Requirements: 

  • Diploma or higher in Human Resource or related fields 
  • Minimum of 3 years in similar role, experience in TCM, Beauty and Wellness industry would be an advantage  
  • Must be a people person with the ability to communicate organisational goals to all staff 
  • Must be proactive and be able to work with little supervision
  • Must be self assured to propose plans and ideas to management 

 

Salary band - SGD 4,000 to SGD 5,000

Duties include: 

  • Handling of phone and walk-in enquiries 
  • Assisting Branch Manager in ensuring smooth operations and scheduling of appointments 
  • Be the face of the company during your interactions with both our existing and potential customers 
  • Communicate and share with our customers the benefits of our various treatment and services of our clinic 
  • Ad-hoc activities as assigned by branch manager 

 

Requirements: 

  • At least 1 year working experience in a customer facing role in similar retail/TCM/Wellness industry 
  • Ability to communicate well in both English and Mandarin 
  • Passion in providing superior customer service and addressing the healthcare concerns of our customers
  • Team player and ability to work well with others 
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast paced customer facing role

Duties include: 

  • Provision of treatment and services from our service menu 
  • Occasional reception duties
  • Daily outlet cleanliness activities 
  • Ad-hoc activities as assigned by branch manager 

 

Requirements: 

  • At least 1 year working experience in any spa/wellness/TCM centers
  • Open to learning new techniques and skills 
  • Completion of qualified massage certification would be a plus 
  • 6 day work week 
  • Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays

Duties Include:

  • Provide consultation and advisory to patients to achieve their desired health outcomes
  • Prescribe tailored herbal medicine for patients
  • Advise patients’ enquiries on recommended treatment and other TCM-related queries
  • Provide TCM treatment services such as acupuncture, cupping and other TCM treatment services
  • Ensure accurate documentation of patients’ records consisting of treatments and medication prescribed in TCM system
  • Opportunity to give talks on public fora to share TCM knowledge
  • Work closely with branch manager to manage customer relations and form long term partnership as our customers’ TCM provider of choice 

Job Requirements:

  • Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner with TCMPB
  • Degree or above in TCM or relevant disciplines  
  • Experience of 2 years and above in a similar role
  • Ability to work closely with the Branch Manager and other staff to ensure a positive working environment for all

Duties include: 

  • Follow up on customers’ enquiries via phone, email or social media contact points 
  • Scheduling of appointments
  • Recommendation of the best treatment packages for the individual customer 
  • Understand of the various treatments available and their health outcomes
  • Assist in smooth operations of the outlets
  • Ad-hoc activities as assigned by branch manager 

 

Requirements: 

  • At least 1 year working experience in a customer facing role 
  • Professional demeanor and able to effectively communicate with persons from all walks of life
  • Proactive in seeking solutions for business related challenges
  • Minimum O Levels or Higher 
  • 5 day work week 
  • Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays 

 

Work Location: Singapore  

 

Work Hours: Retail hours 

07

Duties include: 

  • Tallying and recording of expenses
  • Stock ordering 
  • Liaising with branch managers for operational needs 
  • Ensuring the smooth operations of the HQ office
  • Ensuring documentation and established workflows are adhered and recorded
  • Occasional ad-hoc matters 

 

Requirements: 

  • Ability to use standard online office related software such as Google Docs, Sheets etc
  • Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders for task completion 
  • Minimum O Level or higher 
  • Ability to converse in an additional language would be an advantage

 

Work Location: Singapore  

 

Work hours: Mondays to Fridays, from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
