Tried a few masseuse but was really impress by Irene. She is very sincere, experience and friendly. Not pushy and won’t “scare” you by telling you your body/health have many problem just because she want to upsell a more expensive treatment for her commission. And also she can speak and understand English too!

Have been going to Liang Yi TCM with my wife for the past year and we have always enjoyed great service by the staff. In particular, Xiao Ying has been consistently friendly and is excellent at relieving all my pain such as shoulder ache, stiff neck and is always giving advice on how to prevent such pains. Highly recommended to seek her services!

Highly recommend Irene for Tuina. Super comfortable and very stress relieving. No hardsell also, went to her twice in a week because it was too good already. Front desk staffs are very friendly too. I always WhatsApp them and make appointment before my visit.

Yanying is excellent! Previously, I went for muscle relaxation treatments, and the techniques were impressive. Recently, she helped me with constipation issues, and the results were immediate. Highly recommended!

I have been going for massages frequently for over 15 years so am pleased to have found a place with consistently good therapists. The price is steeper than average but I found value in the sessions with Yanying in the recent months. She has been helpful in giving relief to my body - besides body aches, she managed to highlight conditions that I agree with and massaged my body for holistic results. I think she has a nickname “magic fingers”but I most appreciate her lifelong learning attitude of wanting to solve people’s health problems with massage. She keeps healthy as well and it’s important to get massage from those with good energy! However the thing with TCM is that it takes time so it’s an investment to see results over time.

曾医师 （Physician Chen Shu Bee) is amazing. I came in with a bad wrist pain treatment 3 months ago, and because of Dr. Zeng's patient care and expertise in accupunture, my hand is now fully recovered. In addition, tuina by therapist Erica has also greatly supplemented my speedy recovery. She is not only very professional and proficient but also understanding and patient during treatment. She has provided great service and has always made me feel very comfortable during treatment. However, a number of front desk staff, in particular the store manager, need a significant amount of improvements in terms of customer service and planning. They are usually unfriendly, rude, and very impatient to customers and internal staff. I would consider visiting outlets if not for the good service offered by the physician and therapist.
